Handwerk [Craft]: a skilled occupation primarily carried out by hand and without large industrial facilities. For us, cooking is not just an occupation but a vocation, and it is precisely this which we would like you to be part of. At Handwerk you will experience direct communication with the chefs. Thanks to our open-plan kitchen, you can actively experience our meals being prepared.

Fresh & Direct

Sustainability is very important to us. For this reason, we do not have a fixed menu. The regularly changing dishes are freshly produced for you using regional and seasonal products. This means that each of your visits to us becomes something special – always fresh, always different. We would like you to be able to taste the love and passion we have for our craft.

Taste experience

At Handwerk we want to offer you a unique taste experience at every visit – sometimes different, sometimes familiar, sometimes something completely new, but always something special. Our dishes are complemented by wines and drinks ideally suited to the meal.
