Thomas Wohlfeld trained as a chef and spent two years in Switzerland cooking at Felix & Sandra Suter’s 1-star restaurant Zur Säge. He then headed north and, among other places, worked at Tim Mälzer’s Off Club in Hamburg. His passion is French-Asian cuisine.
