Ann-Kristin Wohlfeld, who trained as a restaurant trade specialist, started her career at 1-star restaurant Zur Säge in Switzerland, followed by positions in Hamburg, including assistant restaurant manager at the Radisson Blu Hotel. She is responsible for the excellent wine selection and wine pairings at Handwerk.
